At Architectural Planters, every order is handled personally. Many of our planters are antique, reclaimed, repurposed, planted, customised, or selected specifically for a client’s space. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

No Returns

All sales are final once the order has been confirmed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

• Unsuitable placement after purchase

• Natural weathering, patina, rust, marks, chips, wear, or age-related character

• Personalised, planted, customised, repurposed, or specially sourced items

• Items collected in person after inspection
