Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 June 2026
Welcome to Architectural Planters. By using this website, browsing our products, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order request, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Us
This website is operated by Architectural Planters.
Website: www.architecturalplanters.shop
Email: info@architecturalplanters.shop
Mobile: 01795 385485
Location: Faversham ME13 0ST, United Kingdom
2. Our Products
Architectural Planters offers antique, reclaimed, repurposed, contemporary, and characterful planters for gardens, courtyards, terraces, entrances, interiors, and commercial spaces.
Many of our planters are unique, aged, reclaimed, or repurposed pieces. Natural marks, wear, weathering, rust, patina, colour variation, age-related imperfections, and material irregularities are part of their character and should be expected.
Product images are provided to give a clear visual indication of the item, but colours, textures, scale, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and the natural character of the materials.
3. Order Process
Architectural Planters is not a traditional online shop where orders are automatically confirmed, paid for, and delivered at checkout.
When you place an order or enquiry through the website, it is treated as an order request. We will contact you directly to discuss the planter, planting requirements, personalisation options, collection or delivery arrangements, and payment details.
Your order is only confirmed once the final details have been agreed and payment has been received.
4. Personal Consultation
Each order may involve a personal consultation to decide upon the planting scheme if required.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website are listed in GBP.
Prices may vary depending on the planter selected, planting scheme, materials, personalisation, delivery or collection requirements, and any additional services requested.
We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, descriptions, and website content at any time.
6. Payments
No automatic online payment is taken at checkout unless clearly stated.
Payment instructions will be shared after your order request has been reviewed and final details have been agreed. Payment may be requested by bank transfer or another agreed method.
Orders will not be confirmed, reserved, prepared, personalised, planted, or released until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Collection & Delivery
This website does not provide automatic delivery at checkout.
Collection or delivery arrangements must be discussed and agreed directly with us. Delivery availability, cost, timing, and method will depend on the item, location, size, weight, access, and any planting or personalisation requirements.
Where collection is agreed, customers must collect the item at the agreed date and time. Please contact us in advance before visiting.
8. Product Availability
Many items are one-of-one or limited in availability. Items may sell quickly or become unavailable before an order request is confirmed.
Submitting an order request does not guarantee that a product has been reserved. A product is only reserved once we confirm availability and payment has been agreed or received.
9. Custom, Personalised & Planted Orders
Some orders may be customised, planted, adapted, restored, finished, or arranged specifically for your project.
Once work has started on a personalised, customised, planted, or made-to-order item, cancellation may not be possible unless the item is faulty or we agree otherwise in writing.
10. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its functionality, copy website content without permission, or use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.
All website content, including text, images, branding, layout, and product descriptions, belongs to Architectural Planters unless otherwise stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate information and high-quality products, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays outside our control, third-party service issues, or damage caused by incorrect installation, poor placement, unsuitable conditions, misuse, or lack of maintenance after collection or delivery.
12. Care & Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the planter is suitable for their intended space, surface, access, weight requirements, drainage needs, exposure to weather, and ongoing maintenance.
We may provide guidance, but the final decision to purchase and place the planter remains with the customer.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
